Cookie policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. What we use

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. This OptimTask information page does not set its own or third-party cookies: it uses no analytics, advertising, embedded social networks or third-party videos.

The OptimTask application (which you access with your user account) does not use cookies either, but it does store a few items in your browser's local storage (localStorage), strictly necessary for it to work:

NamePurposeDuration
auth-storageKeeps you signed in and remembers who you are and which company you are usingUntil you sign out or the session expires (7 days)
sidebarCollapsedRemembers whether you prefer the side menu collapsedUntil you delete it
academyIntro:…Remembers which help introductions you have already closedUntil you delete it
trustTokenOnly if you enable two-factor authentication and tick «remember this device»: avoids asking for the code on that device30 days

These are technical items, or personalisation requested by you, necessary to provide the service you ask for, so they do not require consent (Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE). They are not used for advertising or tracking and are not shared with anyone.

2. If you arrive from our corporate website

If you reach this page from https://ponsoluciones.com, that site has its own cookie policy, which applies while you browse it. This page does not add any.

3. How to manage them

You can view and delete local storage data from your browser settings (privacy or «site data» section). If you delete it, you will have to sign in again and your preferences will be reset.

4. Changes

If we added analytics or other cookies that require consent, we would update this policy and ask for your prior consent through a notice on the site.
